Half a day with Nick, on site. We walk the business, look at the systems and spreadsheets it runs on, and hear where it hurts. You get written notes: what we saw, what it's likely costing you, and whether a full Value Review is worth doing.

Value Review
£3,500 fixed
Delivered within two weeks of starting. We spend time with the people who do the work, map how the business runs today, find where the hours and money go missing, and hand you a written case for what to fix first and what it should return.
