See the real process
We map how work moves today - not the org-chart version. Where decisions wait. Where the same facts get retyped. Where one person is the system. Where the old Excel or Access system gets worked around rather than used. Usually this takes a few conversations and a walk round the office, not a workshop.

Agree what "better" means
In business terms, not tech terms: calmer operations, faster decisions, less reliance on one or two people, a company that's easier to run and easier to sell. We put numbers on it where we can.
Automating a broken process only makes it fail faster. We fix the process first, then decide what deserves a system.

Build the system
Process, data, automation - and AI only where it earns its keep. You stay in charge: you decide what the problem is, what it's worth fixing, and what "done" looks like. We specify, build, and bring it back for you to check. One focused improvement at a time, shipped in weeks.
