Who we are

The app is published by NIBS Innovate Ltd ("we", "us"), based in Alcester, Warwickshire, United Kingdom. Contact details are at the end of this page.

What the app stores on your device

To remember where each child got to, the app saves the following on the device only:

• Player names, which can be any name or nickname you choose (we suggest not using a full real name)
• Stars and stages completed, sprint scores and practice history
• Which player is selected, and whether sound is muted

This information is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it, recover it, or access it. Deleting a player inside the app, resetting progress, clearing the browser's site data, or uninstalling the app removes it.

What we do not collect

• No name, email address, phone number, age or date of birth
• No location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data
• No device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage analytics
• No payment details (any purchase is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play)

Children

The app is designed for children. Because it collects no personal information, there is nothing for a parent to consent to or review beyond what is visible on the device itself. The app contains no advertising, no social features, no chat, no links to other sites or apps, and no third-party software that collects data.

Third parties

The app includes no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts, music notation and sounds are bundled with the app, so no outside service is contacted while you play. We do not sell or share data, because we do not have any.

The web version

If you play at playtime2.nibs365.com, the website is delivered by a standard web host, which may keep ordinary server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify or profile anyone. Game data is held in your browser's local storage on your device, not on our server, and the game sets no cookies.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you have rights to access, correct, erase and restrict the use of personal data held about you. As the app does not send personal data to us, we hold none from it. If you contact us, we will only use the details you give to answer you, and delete them when no longer needed.

Changes

If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect, and make it clear in the app and in the store listing.
